But one thing I try to do that helps me eat intuitively in a healthy manner is to focus on how cool food is. Once I kind of learned the nutrition behind my favorite foods and behind the foods that made me feel gross and then behind the foods that made me feel good, it made it more fun to eat intuitively

I went through a phase where I had to cover up the nutrition labels on my food because I was so obsessed with what exactly I was putting into my body. I also made myself eye ball meals instead of measuring out the perfect portion

Megan Timpson (one percent healthier) is a great follow and podcast listen to help with food! She really repurposed the way I approached and looked at food and how my body connects to what I eat !!

And as I’ve built up a consistency with working out, I’ve become WAY more in tune with my body in a physical sense. In turn, eating intuitively and being able to understand my hunger cues has become way easier
