32 weeks and woke up with real contractions this morning, called OB, chugged water and she settled but I spent an hour trying to figure out if they were actual contractions cuz the only advice I’ve gotten is “you’ll know”. Like no actually I fear I won’t.

What if it’s hard all over, feels like a cramp, but it never stops - no pain getting worse and then better in waves, etc? Cause that’s been me for two days now 😭

I feel like my belly is pretty firm every time I’m standing up? I’m 28 weeks so it could be braxton hicks but it’s like EVERY time I’m standing. Not hard, just firm.. anyone else? Lol it’s squishy again when I sit or lay 🤷♀️

I want to let yall know how incorrect this is, depends on you and your own body. I thought myself contractions were painful and I went into the women’s center the first time like a month ago thinking it’s just Braxton hicks, the minute they hooked me to machines they said they were contractions…. And they never hurt for me, it depends on your pain level and what stage in pregnancy you are ect, speak to your OBGYN and doctors!!! Not this audio

Second time mom here this is not true for me wasn’t with my first either my Braxton hicks we’re/are painful but it’s a dull constant pain it doesn’t change and will last up to an hour I didn’t feel my contractions up till I was already dilated to a 7 so this isn’t always true to everyone’s body
