Nope there's no difference in the swinging scene. Analyse andrew swinging scene, the camera constantly following him around near shots whereas tom the camera are fixed in place only moving its angles. Just want to point that ou that camera work are important because it made andrew swinging scene looks cooler. However tom still look the same even in BND..its just that the cgi change a bit
