Let’s go Bro your doing great and try testing out some other lures and in my opinion if your gonna make fishing an actual hobby I would get a better rod a new spinning reel I would not get into baitcasters just yet but spinning reels are very convenient and controversial

Hey dude that’s great! You have come so far in the past 7 days. If you were to try some other lures out, I would use top water early morning or late afternoon. If you were to later invest in another rod, I would get a baitcaster. There are plenty of TikTok’s for budget baitcasters to get. Then you can use some baits that require more reeling like crankbaits, chatter baits, etc. Spinning reels are great for slower fishing like your doing with that Texas rig! Can’t go wrong with the senko especially when you’re struggling to get a bite. Keep it up!
