@theshocktroop: My advice to you👇 When this occurs, it means that: You’re probably not progressively overloading. Same weight, same reps, same sets for weeks means your legs have no reason to change. They need a reason. You’re not training close enough to failure. A lot of people leave 4-5 reps in the tank every set without realizing it. Growth happens in that last hard rep. You’re not eating enough to build tissue. Legs are the biggest muscle group in your body. If you’re under-eating, they’ll be the first thing that stalls. You’re not recovering. Sleep and rest days aren’t optional for growth, they’re when the growth happens. So my question back to you: are you tracking your lifts week to week, and are you eating enough to actually support growth or just to maintain? #legday #legworkout #legs #fitnesstips #workouttips
