Even if I miss brushing sometimes on the system, my tongue and the taste of my mouth is hardly ever icky at all anymore. I was thinking the other day how well xylitol and all of it improves my mouth taste even after red onions or blue cheese, strong garlic etc and many other strong “bad breath” foods that I love so much. 😁

Dr. Ellie, I've been following your mouth care system for about 3 weeks. I still have a white coating on my tongue, and I suspect I may have postnasal drip because I often have mucus in the back of my throat, even when I'm not sick. Could that make it take longer for the white coating to improve? About how long does it usually take to see results? I'd love to hear your thoughts. 😊

I stopped using fluoride, and many of the toothpaste that I’ve used all of my life. I want the natural route and my teeth paid the price. I have had two special cleanings my back gums are 4’s and 5’s. I started your program two weeks ago in my mouth feels so much better! I’ll keep you updated on my next exam which is in four month!

I think that depends on if you sleep breathing with your mouth because I use your system in my mouth feels so clean before I go to bed, but when I wake up, my tongue is dry. Because I breathe with my mouth.

The Listerine company claims this, but is it true? It seems different from what Dr. Ellie explained. I usually use Listerine Original, but sometimes end up with white residue on my gums if I use too much liquid or increase the number of times I use it.
