It’s so fun to hear your journey with your breast reduction. I’m a week post op and I never had drains. I asked this question because I’ve been following your journey. My surgeon explained that the fluid gets reabsorbed into your body. She explained the importance to wear compression bras that aren’t tight or too lose (too lose adds more swelling/extra fluid). So maybe go smaller on the bra so fluid doesn’t build up??? Therefore less draining is needed
