all thoughts building up on some strange idea that two humans have to build up something. where does this come from? this idea that two partners is something like a lego set that has to be assembled. does this come boredom? from excessive need of control? what about that, like you would handle your friends, that it is just someone to have great time hanging around with? nobody would run around and explain to their friends that they have to invest into their friendship, that they have to make their friendship grown, that trust and honesty is so so important and that there is always something work on. nobody does this with friendships. so where does the crazy idea come from to do so in a relationship??

I 10000% agree with this sentiment. Physical beauty fades but inner beauty is there forever. I would much rather have someone who wants to spend time with me over someone who just wants me for my looks.
