Atheism cannot be the beginning and the end of defining what anyone believes, by its very nature. As a western atheist I always say that the fact I’m an atheist only tells you what I don’t believe but not what I do. I am also a humanist, a Unitarian Universalist, and derive a lot of meaning and comfort from nature and the wheel of the year, and these are the things which positively inform how I live my life.

Indigenous American, I understand! 🥰 I love TCM as a resource and it's body philosophy. Sure to my own experience with traditional tribal healing methods, my nervous system is very familiar with TCM.
