It's definitely not a ghost town. Every weekend is busier and louder. Some people celebrate their birthdays and take wedding pictures there. Even weekdays have people going to the water park. Most of the time people who live there go to work but during the evening it's a nice serene place with a decent crowd. It's well kept, safe and clean. I'm really pretty impressed by the place.

Thank you for saying this. YouTubers are just following trends. Everyone say it’s a ghost town. I was there on a weekday. It’s not dead but it’s less crowded. There’s tourists and the house owners, locals with kids walking around in slippers and tourists swimming in pools. Drone flying is absolutely great here. Pools are quieter than on weekends for sure. I just sat at the beach and enjoyed the quietness. It rained shortly after my photo walk about when I was there. So eat and eat. Walked around sheltered area. There is a bicycle rental shop but was closed when I visited. Though to cycle around and see see the northern side of the island. Saw there’s other food outlet to try out. FC1 does make a stop there before going to transport hub but I want to end at transport hub so thought to cycle up.
