Incorrect. The bank doesn't care if its your funds, if it had been a credit card, they are liable for it and would have chased it down like Liam Neeson in Taken 😬.

i was having a bad week went to a atmx to get cash out silly me walked away without grabbing the cash $1200 to be exact. I know for sure the person behind me took it. anyways I called the bank and they had it refunded in 5 days. it's was my fault but they still helped?

This is a very common scam unfortunately. My hard rule is to never provide any personal financial information over the phone, ever, to anyone.

Remember when we were kids and your parents would give you a safe word for you and them to make sure strangers couldn't come up to you and say your parents sent them to pick you up.. banks need to do this too! 💯❤️
