Madam, please ooo, with all due respect, the instructions in to use 1 plantain, 1/9 portion of watermelon back and water. I know you watched YAF's video before proceeding. the orange is your personal choice, BUT knowing ghanaians, people will start adding other fruits and spices like ginger etc etc, which could turn into something else and the blame will land on YAF. So please, please, please follow the instructions on your recordings ( you can then add your own additions) when the camera is off. I beg wae. thank you for your understanding, no hard feelings.

Well if you can soak 1 liter of these things (which is conducive environment for bacteria growth) for 24hrs and drink 1 liter a day for 9 days then you can eat raw eggs. And in both cases you will not go free from gastrointestinal infections after the 9 days. Please If it is good for you drink don’t involve others 🙏🏾
