this lawsuit will sadly be squashed because they're not going to undercut each other's prices because they make the same amount of ram per year. it's not like you can ramp up production for 2 years until the crisis is over and then just be stuck with a bunch of extra ram. it just doesn't mathematically work. no company is going to undercut their prices when they have no stock or very little stock
