1, that blood can no longer deliver oxygen as it isn’t being pumped around the body and through the lungs. Two, it can put pressure on organs like the lungs and heart, making them work harder or unable to work at all (hemothorax, brain bleed)

cuz it ain't where it belongs, its still in you but its not going where it needs to and the pressure can also cause tissue damage, but the lack of blood going to the things that need it also damages the tissue.

if the blood isn’t in your veins, it’s not going to your organs or tissues. it’s just taking up space in your body where it isn’t supposed to be. like if your hepatic artery is cut in some way you’ll be bleeding internally and none of that blood is going to your liver, which is a vital organ. blood just sitting around or on top of organs does nothing for the actual organ or tissue
