I can imagine the "ill make a reservation and just order a soda" people will be the reason they will add a minimum amount on the reservation (like $20 or more) as the loophole lol

I truly had no idea people did this. I knew they would resort hop but not this. This rule makes me feel even safer going alone with my toddler! Last time we were there our pool and boat lines were UNIMAGINABLE

I’m just sad because it was such a lovely way to see Xmas decorations. If I’m going to the parks I either pay or go with someone with a pass. But I loved going to the different resorts and looking at the decorations and listening to the music. 💔

I stayed closest to DS in June but didn’t have a rental car and the villas didn’t offer a shuttle. Ubering to DS to start my journey to the parks was a much better experience because I had the opportunity to shop, visit a couple of resorts, and used the tram, skyliner, AND boat. I spent more money with Disney this way and the experience felt more magical than just ubering direct to park. I think they’re making a mistake.

So in 2023 we stayed at Pop Century. We took the bus to Disney Springs and did some shopping and then took the boat to go get beignets and I think it’s Port Orleans? I don’t remember. So if you’re at Disney Springs, you can’t take any transportation to other hotels to get like a snack or shop? Even if you’re staying at a different hotel?
