One whole chicken can literally give you 10 meals with rice and it only takes a couple hours to fry them all and portion them out.

In her defense, meal prepping is very stressful. The food goes bad so fast and you lose interest in the meals and the food goes to waste.

As someone with chronić ilness (I have EDS)- meal prep is ESSENTIAL for your well being. Most of chronic ilnesses have their base for wellbeing based in good diet, so if you want to have them as less as it's possible, you HAVE TO do meal prepping.

Fam there are TikToks out there to show u how to make a good healthy meal for 5$ with cooking techniques I do this everyday I spend like 15$ on groceries everyday so u can budget it while eating healthy
