and fan service is not only in gacha game and exist way before.Some exemple are Lara Croft, bayonetta,or DMC character, GTA character but i don't understand why it's become a problem now.

I understand that bit. it is a gacha game if they wanted a game with moral values then find a cool indie but, I also understand wanting more unique designs a character can be both fan service and also unique. The main issue is that all the female character HAVE THE EXACT SAME DESIGN

I don' have an issue with fanservice, there is plenty of very fanservicy characters in genshin whose designs I enjoy like Rosaria, Kuki, Fischl or Navia. The problem with designs in genshin is that sometimes fanservice makes them look really dumb and ugly, like their obsession with absurdly short dresses and bare legs. Nefer has such nice top of her design, but then you look down and she's just legs and not is a good way. And those designs are getting boring. Also they used to be able to have characters who had very mild fanservice like Noelle, Yun Jin or Arlecchino, but it seem like it's impossible for them to have a character like that now. I would be fine if we had even one fully dressed Snezhnayan female character.

and it's even worse when one of those games doesn't even try to hide it like zzz but people still complain about the fan service. even recently the new void Hunter pink haired girl people said she's too sexualized like bro at least it's a grown woman and not a kid and even before I started playing Z I already knew what it was notoriously known for

I fear this is giving “if you don’t like your country just leave”. Like, no. Clearly there’s something within gacha games making people play them. They want those games to improve not in spite of those games but BECAUSE they love them. For example, love Genshin, hate how it’s handled. I know the developers have the talent to make less repetitive character designs. The problem is that they don’t. Or ZZZ for example, it has plenty of fanservice, but the problem is that they began pushing that onto characters that are clearly children. People are allowed to ask for better from million dollar corporations, and I’d say they’re entitled to. Doesn’t make them less of a fan.
