Click the link in my bio for 500+ more healthy recipes in the Very Hungry Club 🔥 Macros 432 calories 40gP / 15gF / 34gC Serves 2 Shopping list ✍️ - 250g beef mince, 5% - Salt & pepper - 4 light cheese slices (or use cheddar for more flavour) - Iceberg lettuce, sliced - 10g white onion, finely diced - 1 gherkin, sliced - 2 brioche buns Big Mac sauce: mix together 3 tbsp light mayo, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, a pinch garlic granules, a pinch paprika and a dash gherkin juice Method ✨ Roll the beef mince into 4 equal balls. Spray a large pan with oil (or do in batches), heat on medium-high then place each ball into the pan. ✨ Using a square of parchment paper over each ball, push down using a spatula until it forms a flat patty then season with a good pinch of salt & pepper. ✨ Fry for 2-3 minutes until it has a lovely colour, then flip and fry for a further 1-2 minutes until cooked.
