I don't really agree with the first, even if you would be a good parent they will probably hate you because of that. You can give a phone early but set a REASONABLE screen time(not like 10 min. a week) and parental controls (not too strict, not the "let me see your texts" type, because you want your kid to trust you, and if you let them they will trust you and tell you if smth is wrong)

on the phone thing, I'm getting my kids a flip phone, similar to one I had personally growing up, I loved it even when it broke it was so fun to play with it, plus it leaves them with the ability to make calls WITHOUT internet access, you know, I'm case of an emergency

this is an amazing list but imo exercise as punishment is kind of not good (from an early age) bc the children may associate exercise with bad emotions, which could lead them to really disliking exercise in the future. also if they are pushed to their limit and begin to feel a lot of physical pain from it, i believe it’s similar to physical abuse. HOWEVER!! i believe if you do this punishment in moderation (as in from a maybe mid to older age and make sure they’re not in a lot of pain) it’s probably fine!! everything else is super good and you’d make a great parent!![happy] (coming from someone who was punished with exercise)
