@d0nfit: Your shoulder press is NOT supposed to be a 90 degree angle ⚡️ Most people flare their elbows straight out, press at a bad angle, and wonder why their shoulders hurt or why their delts never grow. This variation fixes everything instantly. This is the dumbbell shoulder press with the 45 degree elbow fix Set your bench one notch down — around 60 to 80 degrees Don’t start with your arms perpendicular to the floor Turn your elbows in 45 degrees Press up with control and keep the dumbbells slightly in front of you This puts your shoulders in the scapular plane, the strongest and safest pressing angle. Why this works better than the traditional press 45 degree elbows protect the shoulder joint You remove front delt takeover You keep tension on the actual delts You get a deeper stretch You get a cleaner squeeze You stop pressing in a position your body was never built for This is how you grow round, full shoulders without wrecking them. How to do it clean Bench one notch down Elbows 45 degrees Chest tall Press slightly forward Slow stretch Hard squeeze 💥 Run this today Save this for your next push day Follow for daily form fixes that actually build muscle #shoulderpress #delts #pushday #LearnonTiktokContest #creatorsearchinsights
