@chronicallydana: Has anyone else dealt with constant mucus in their throat? It constantly feels like there’s something stuck in my throat that I can’t clear. I’m always trying to cough it up, or clear my throat, and it’s driving me insane. If you’ve experienced this, did you ever figure out what was causing it? #autoimmunedisease #autoimmune #chronicillness #dailystruggle #mcas
Since being in Methotrexate (4 weeks) I have had this. Not near as thick as you’re explaining but constant.

Stop consuming dairy - easier said than done for me but it’s likely part of the problem contributing to excess phlegm. I have hashimotos and we really shouldn’t have gluten, sugar or dairy. I experience significant excess phlegm after eating and have to cough a lot of phlegm up to get the sensation to go away

Those get stuck in my sinuses.. I know anti histamines can be really drying too on top of whatever else is going on. When I am getting a sinus infection, I will drink tons of water, steam myself, take a mucinex and then neti pot it out. Lol. But mucinex will thin it out and a few other supplements.
