Agents are especially helpful for me as I’m just a team of 2 working on this app. 2. The market tells the truth. If there are no paying users, consider doing more user interviews and pivoting the product or shutting it down entirely. Never marry your ideas. 3. Build a business where you have a key advantage in. If you are a baker, don’t try to be a quant. I built my app around my existing knowledge of fintech apps and what they were lacking that I could support with. My existing connections are all in that space as well which makes it easier to get partnerships done. 4. Be kind and keep leads warm.
