I think that because they are releasing with astropolis, SUMMER VACATION resort, they are wonderful SPs which fit in their location well. if they were released with any other planet, then yes, it would fit much better for it to be a skin

i agree tbf, I love robin, her sp is gorgeous, but I struggle to understand how it'll be relevant to her lore?? Their fits are pretty but not as detailed as I hoped for, they do suit better as skins to be fair, but I feel if they do release they should have an alternate outfit obtained through story or swiping or something idk this is just me pls don't attack me

honestly I like that they are new characters, its great to see new animations and its something amazing to look forward to, its always been a sentiment ive expressed since although the originals were great the animations get repetitive, seeing new expression and movements feel fresh rather than a prior moveset with just a different skin

like yess seriously!!! i thought making a sp meant a character originally from another universe like cyrene or giving a character more development like himeko or blade . robin and aven look really good but i honestly don’t think it was necessary to make whole new characters just to give them new outfits..? they’re the same 😭😭

I think if they were skins they wouldn’t match their current kits like at all. I also like that they didn’t make super serious SPs for once and they are just happy to be here
