Wait for the pastry to thaw next time so it’s easier to work with, and you slice them before you bake them 🥰

You need to cut them before you cook them and then set them up the opposite way so you can see the scroll

Em you should try the 2 ingredient scroll dough. 1 cup self raising flour & 1 cup Greek yoghurt. Roll it out and add your topping. Roll it up tight and cut with bread knife while raw, then pop in muffin tins. My little one loves them

Hey huh I’d cut them before you cook them that’s what I do anyway and make all the topping reach the outside edge and leave a bit of a gap at the top as it’s easier to seal them I make Vegemite and chese ones they are so good

🚨 *PREGNANCY SAFETY SERIES* Topic: *INCORRECT vs CORRECT SIDE-LYING POSTURE* Mamas… if you’re pregnant and lying on your side with your knees pulled too high, your spine twisted, or your lower back unsupported… please fix this before it becomes uncomfortable 😭 It may look like a normal resting position… but poor side-lying posture can put extra strain on your spine, hips, pelvis, knees, and lower back. 🙅‍♀️ *RED = INCORRECT POSTURE ❌* In the wrong position, you can see: ❌ Knees bent too high ❌ Strained spine ❌ Pressure around the belly ❌ Twisted pelvis ❌ Poor lower back support ❌ Neck and shoulder discomfort ❌ Hips not stacked properly ❌ More pressure on the body That curled-up position can make your body feel tight, strained, and unsupported — especially as your bump grows 🤰 ✅ *GREEN = CORRECT POSTURE ✅* This is the safer and more comfortable setup: 1️⃣ *CERVICAL PILLOW* Support your head and neck so your neck does not bend awkwardly. 2️⃣ *NEUTRAL SPINE* Keep your spine long and relaxed, not twisted or overly curved. 3️⃣ *SUPPORTED LUMBAR* Use a pillow or support near the lower back if needed. 4️⃣ *KNEES SUPPORTED AND STACKED* Place a pillow between your knees to keep hips and pelvis aligned. 5️⃣ *BELLY COMFORT* Your bump should feel relaxed, not pulled or compressed. 6️⃣ *RELAXED SHOULDERS* Keep your upper body soft and supported. Real talk mamas 💯 Pregnancy rest should feel calm, supported, and comfortable. No twisted spine. No knees pulled too high. No unsupported back. No pressure on the bump. No waking up with extra pain. Just safe, soft, supported side-lying posture 🤰💛 💚 SAVE THIS before sleeping tonight 📌 SEND IT to a pregnant mum who needs better rest 💬 COMMENT “SAFE” ✅ if you want more pregnancy posture videos 💬 COMMENT “SLEEP” 😴 if you struggle to get comfortable at night ⚠️ Educational illustration only.
