Brown mince then add onion and garlic and stir for 2-3 minutes then stir through taco seasoning 2. Add rice, and stock then cover and cook for 20-25 minutes until rice is cooked through 3. Top with cheese then cover until melted 4. Finish with tomatoes, coriander, sour cream, lemon wedge and enjoy #easydinner #rice #EasyRecipe
