I got to thinking… Which is easier? 💰 Working hard, saving money, and buying your dream classic Porsche? OR 🖥️ Reverse engineering one, designing it from scratch, and 3D printing a miniature RC version? Spoiler alert: buying the real Porsche is definitely easier. But I already did the second one. I started by CAD modeling an RC chassis in SolidWorks, surface modeling the Porsche body in Autodesk Alias, and then engineering every body panel to be 3D printable with minimal support material. After countless prints, sanding, priming, painting, and polishing, it finally came together.
