Not because it wasn’t worth anything… but because trust is worth more than the tap itself. Plumbing is only about 20% of the job. The other 80% is trust. I take photos before, during, and after every job. I sit down with the client at the end and show them exactly what was found, what was done, and why. It removes guesswork. It builds clarity. And it gives the client confidence in what they’ve paid for. And if I can quietly fix something along the way that makes their life easier, I will. No spotlight. No invoice line. Just doing the right thing. You can spend $1,500 at a mechanic and still walk away unsure what you actually got. Plumbing can be the same, unless someone takes the time to show you.
