Creamy Chicken Malai Boti🙂 Ingredients: * 500 g boneless chicken * 1 onion * Handful of coriander leaves * Handful of spring onions * ½ cup yogurt * 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste * 1 tbsp chili flakes * 1 tbsp black pepper powder * 1 tbsp cumin powder * 1 tbsp coriander powder * 1 tbsp salt (or to taste) * Juice of ½ lime * ½ cup oil * 3 tbsp butter * Green chilies (to taste) * ½ cup cream * Cheese Method: 1. Add the marinated chicken, cover, and cook until the chicken is tender and the released water has evaporated. 4. Add the green chilies and cream, then cook until the oil starts to separate. 5.
