After shaving to the skin wash neck area with acne soap and black head remover soap. dry your head use peroxide alcohol Witch Hazel Then mix some Hydrocortisone cream which is an anti inflammatory cream and small amount of Vaseline rub it on the head smooth soft and shiny no bumps when hair is ready to come through the pores again 😁
