This kind of behavior appears deeply concerning and may suggest significant psychological distress. In many situations, if someone is assessed as posing a serious risk to themselves or others due to a mental disorder, or screaming like that, mental health laws can allow for an involuntary psychiatric assessment under specific legal criteria. That said, no one can responsibly diagnose someone or conclude they meet those criteria based only on public appearances or videos. What concerns me most is the idea that someone displaying this kind of conduct think they can influence the future of 90 million Iranians. As for me, I stop taking seriously anyone who spends their time attacking people—such as the Pahlavi family—who, in my view, are standing for Iran’s independence, freedom, and the dignity of its people.
