Corn starch? Honestly asking what does that do? Does it do the same thing that lemon juice does make it soft or makes it a little more dense like a crumble cookie?

I literally got up and made these cookies. OMG delicious delicious is all I can say. Recipe is in the video. I had to bake mine 18 minutes I have a gas stove. It looks like she used an ice cream scoop so that’s what I used I got 18 cookies. 🫶 thank you for sharing.

Seriously, who dirty that many bowls to make one batch of cookies you must love doing dishes because I would use one bowl, cream, my butter and sugar and then add the dry ingredients. No need to use five freaking bowls.
