Pretty unfair comparison and dumb video in general. I absolutely agree that Berenjak is highly overpriced, but so is the majority of other restaurants in central London, let alone Mayfair. You’re comparing what’s often considered as the “best” Persian restaurant in London (which I don’t personally agree with), to some random restaurant most people have never heard of. Of course when you compare a Ferrari to a Fiat, there will be a huge price difference. I agree that their food is overpriced, but comparing it to that second meal is also diabolical. I don’t even have to look at that second kebab to know it’s night and day different to Berenjak’s - it looks drier than my dad’s flip flops back in Iran. If you want to promote your business by bashing other places, at least compare it with places that are aiming for the same demographic and aim to provide a similar experience. These 2 restaurants are far from similar.

When you go to a Persian restaurant call the dish what it’s actually called which is ‘kabob koobideh’ not ‘koofteh’. Also what a coincidence that you are forgetting that Berenjak has Michelin stars, meaning it has been judged upon for utmost quality in both raw materials and craftsmanship, so of course the price needs to reflect accordingly.

Mate! The thing with Mayfair is you’re not paying for their food you’re paying their rent! Their business model is totally different from other locations where you pay a reasonable amount of rent.
