mm it happened to me...they called me acting HOI for 3 years...as in i started the from empty tables and chairs....one time i wrote a letter requesting a salary increment because the workload was too heavy...i received a reply which was very rude...we won't add anything...then the next day by coincidence i had an emergency...they called a teacher to take up my class...but I arrived before afike ..as if that's not enough....they brought another HOI and i was only called for a very casual introduction...followed by the son of the director taking the HOI in every class for introduction...ati meet the new HOi...the humiliation...ati I was not qualified...yaak...did you see my disqualification when I was starting from scratch...yaani and it was a church school....Ngai I agreed to deputize the new HOI but the director madam Bishop was done with me..I was quarrelled Infront of learners...then some bad stuff about me was said ....mungu nifunze kunyamaza...i decided to quit....i suffered but look at me now ..yaani that lady even confessed that she was doing that ili niende...sawa..i went please tag me
