I don’t think you ever explained the purpose of angry Itzpapa in the video, so I’ll do it here. To activate angry Itzpapa, Citlali’s Nightsoul bar has to be over halfway filled. Casting her skill once is not enough to activate angry Itzpapa, so you’ll either have to cast her skill again, or use her burst. I believe you can also trigger melt or freeze reactions to gain Nightsoul points but don’t quote me on that. It’s important to activate angry Itzpapa because it creates an ice storm that applies consistent cryo to enemies and triggers Citlali’s resistance shred capabilities. Citlali offers 20% pryo res, and 20% hydro res at C0, but only when Itzpapa is angry. Also, I noticed you said Citlali relies “heavily on EM”, but that isn’t necessarily true. The only thing that scales off of EM in Citlali’s kit is her shield, so stacking EM on her is only necessary if you want a strong shield. Of course, there isn’t much of a reason not to put EM on her, but it isn’t necessary to unlock her main support capabilities.
