I love how tourist don't do any research before traveling then it becomes the other country their visiting fault when something happens? there's been Crocs there literally all my life in fact I'd argue most west coast beaches in Mexico has some Crocs yes even Cancun

I’ve been to puerto vallarta. There are signs on the beach warning about crocodiles on site. And the beach is public it doesn’t belong to Marriott.

We stayed there and yes there is a sign saying crocs. We also go to Cancun/playa Del Carmen area and they also have signs on the beaches warning.

What do they expect the hotel to every time somebody checks in tell them that somebody’s been attacked once upon a time by a crocodile there and scare off all their business when there’s nothing they can do to stop the crocodiles from coming. That’s like if every time you went to Florida, they told you that you might get attacked by a shark. Or alligator.

I just came back from that beach theirs a bunch of sign about crocodiles, and anyways always be aware of ur surroundings if ur traveling everything isn’t sunshine and rainbows 🙄

Not to be disrespectful, but I would say that we need to exercise our ability to learn about areas before we go. If you know you’re going to the beach, look up weather conditions and marine life. We live in a very information-friendly era.

Damn people are SO HEARTLESS an innocent person was walking on the beach and the croc came out of the water and got him. Have some compassion! The comments asking if the croc is okay have me concerned for humanity! Does anyone have empathy anymore??
