@littlefoodie2912: I recently visited Col'Cacchio at Tribeca, and unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. When we arrived, we were left waiting without anyone assisting us, while staff appeared to be chatting amongst themselves. The waitress who eventually brought us the menu made us feel as though we were bothering her rather than welcoming us. She also seemed to be in a rush while taking our order. After taking only our drinks order, she started walking away, and I had to stop her so she could take the rest of our food order. To make matters worse, our starter was completely forgotten. We waited over 30 minutes for our drinks and pizzas, while other customers who arrived after us received their drinks within just a few minutes. When our food finally arrived, we only received the drinks and pizzas—the starter had still been forgotten. She wanted to bring our starter for later, but girl, what is the meaning of a starter? To eat before our main course!! And one more thing... who puts avocado on a pizza? (i was asked if i wanted it on my pizza....) Seriously? Overall, the food and drinks were genuinely delicious, which is why it's disappointing that the service didn't match the quality of the kitchen.
