Crow's feet are where everything meets. The orbicularis oculi carries the tension of every squint, every blink, every expression around your eyes. The temporalis sits right behind it, and when it is tight, it changes the tension across the entire lateral face. Then the zygomaticus major connects below, pulling from the cheekbone to the corner of the mouth every time you smile. These muscles do not work in isolation. Their fascial layers overlap right at the outer corner of the eye. When the tissue between them loses its glide and gets stuck together, every contraction from any of these muscles folds the skin into the same spot. Over and over. That is how crow's feet go from expression lines to lines that stay at rest. All wrinkles are fine. Every single one. But if yours bother you. If they feel a little more prominent than you would like. You do not need to paralyze anything to soften them. This technique releases the adhesions where these muscles meet. When the orbicularis oculi, the temporalis fascia, and the zygomatic muscles stop being glued together, the skin at the outer eye regains its freedom. It stops creasing in the same place because the layers underneath can finally move independently again. Try this and tell me if you see the difference.
