You're missing the point completely. A person shouldn't be expected to lead a religious prayer if that's not their faith. Would you ask a Muslim to lead a Christian prayer, or vice versa? He was there to do his job, not to perform a religious role. There's a difference between respecting a religion and being required to participate in its practices. Think about it logically before criticizing someone else's decision.
