@sinnfein: Childcare in Ireland is too expensive, too hard to access, and families deserve better. Today Sinn Féin will bring our motion to the Dáil calling for childcare to cost no more than €200 a month, more childcare places, better support for childminders, extended paid leave so parents can spend their baby’s first year together, and fair pay for Early Years Educators. Parents have waited long enough. It’s time for the Government to deliver a real plan for affordable, accessible childcare. 💚
