Chocolate Bread Rolls 🍫✨ Ingredients: * 1 tsp yeast * 2 tbsp sugar * 285 ml milk (about 1 cup + 3 tbsp) * 400 g flour (about 3⅓ cups) * 1 tsp salt * 46 g melted butter (about 3⅓ tbsp) * 1 cup chocolate chips * Chocolate spread for filling Instructions: 1. In a bowl, mix yeast, sugar, and milk. Add flour and mix until combined. 2. Add salt and melted butter, then coil fold until the butter is fully incorporated. Cover and let rest for 2 hours or until doubled. 3. On a floured surface, flatten the dough and add 1 cup chocolate chips. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. 4. Flatten each piece, add chocolate spread, then close it gently without pressing the chocolate. Place in an oven dish lined with baking paper. 5. Cover for 10 minutes, brush with milk, then bake at 400°F for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 380°F and bake for 20 minutes more. #bread #baking #homemadebread #breadtok #bakingrecipe
