the wireless charging coil the charging port assembly the vibration motor and every tiny flex cable every screw has a specific length and putting even one in the wrong place can permanently damage the phone next came the logic board this is the most delicate part because one small mistake can ruin the entire build after that I installed the camera's connected the face ID components with extra Care added the battery and finally attach the display before ceiling everything I powered it on for the very first time those two seconds felt incredibly long because if a single connector wasn't seated property the phone simply would have boot thankfully the Apple logo appeared confirming that every can put it was communicating correctly the last step was replacing the back glass of the black one instead of the original color after applying fresh adhesive and carefully sealing everything it finally looked like a brand new iPhone seeing a phone go from a box full of separate parts to a fully assembled devices always the most satisfying part of the entire process this kind of build isn't just about putting pieces together it requires patience precision and understanding how every component interacts with the others that's What Makes projects like this so rewarding I built this iPhone 17 pro Max myself using parts
