I don't understand why ppl don't like shein or temu... the quality of clothes is mostly the same as shops like primark or h&m, sinsay, new yorker... but the prices were actually affordable for the lower and medium class... right now in basic local stores the prices are so expensive that I literally wear broken clothes... plus in local stores they don't have my sizes and on temu/shein I always could find something nice...

People on the comments comparing fast fashion brands to temu and shein: fast fashion and ULTRA fast fashion are two very different things. Both are very bad but ultra fast fashion is a lot worse. Google it

I don’t think this is the right way to do this…. They should be fined for every single item they send to a landfill, but people need places like SHEIN and Temu. People used to make fun of me for shopping at Walmart/goodwill but it was literally all we could afford. Taking away an affordable option isn’t it, but regulating them might help more

i have mixed opinions on this bc now sellers on amazon will be able to markup the same clothes shein has for 10 dollars for like 25. it’s the same labor malpractice occuring and the real laborers still wob’t be fairly conpensafed.

The only ones that will be affected will be the costumers and the proces will go up again.A brand new fer that peoples are gonna pay is a great way to push some more money into their pockets cause i'm damn sure that the money from this aren't gonna be used for social services.
