I don't think we have to choose between values and legacy. Values are how we live; legacy is what remains because of how we lived. Values are the seeds, and legacy is the tree. Wealth, titles and possessions may fade, but integrity, compassion, faith, justice and kindness can inspire generations. As the Prophet ﷺ taught, the greatest legacies are ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge and righteous children who pray for us. Perhaps the greatest legacy is simply a life of values lived consistently. 🤍
