I'll tell you what happened. The man met a woman and they've been getting to know each other for a month. She gets sick and like a knight in shiny armor he offers to help her take the kid to school. He probably had legal problems and probably trying to fix them and do right but unfortunately he was pulled over. He knew in that moment that it was going to create new problems for the mom and he panicked. Not saying it's right just saying I understand
