My 6m guy is sleeping thru the night (woo hoo!) but then only getting 5 or 6 feeds, is the milk adjusting enough for so few feeds??

I have an ex nicu baby corrected at 13 weeks. I’ve been told she needs her weight x 150ml divide by how many feeds per day. So I weigh her weekly and increase her mls per feed every week too. But how long do I need to do this for? The volumes of breast milk increasing is hard to keep up with! I exclusively pump too due to the pressure to gain 200-250grams a week from the hospital

I’m still not gaining supply and having to give formula… now bub is refusing breast, is it too late to increase supply so I can stop formula?? 3 months old
