Most people are trapped in an exhausting relationship with a God they imagine is constantly judging them, weighing their worth, deciding whether they deserve good things. Think of electricity. It does not shock the cruel man any harder than it shocks the kind one, they both get shocked exactly the same. Think of gravity. It does not catch a falling baby any more gently than it catches a grown adult. These forces do not judge who they are acting on. They simply express their nature, with complete indifference to the character of the one receiving it. The divine works the same way, and the clearest way to see it is water. Water poured into a cup becomes the shape of the cup. Water poured into an hourglass becomes the shape of the hourglass. The water is not choosing anything, the container decides the form the water takes. God is that water, the infinite field of awareness, and you are the container. What you place inside your consciousness, your beliefs, your assumptions, your perception, your imagination, is the shape that field takes when it expresses itself as your reality. It is not deciding your fate from above. It is taking the form of whatever you have placed within it, and reflecting that back to you as your life. And this is the most freeing thing you could EVER understand. A God that judges keeps you on your knees, begging for approval, hoping you have been good enough to be granted what you want. But an impersonal God has no one to convince and nothing to appease. The power is not being withheld from you by some moody authority, it responds to what you are, every single time, as reliably as a law of physics. Which means your reality was always in your own hands. The field has no choice but to mirror back what you fill it with, so the only real question is what you are placing inside it. Most people fill it unconsciously, with fear and lack and old assumptions, and then wonder why reality keeps reflecting exactly that.
