No juice,but you give your family fruit/veg packets? They carry mold inside, they also prevent small children from using their jaws and teeth to properly chew.

See I was the kid who had to have a juice box. I am hyperglycemic and anemic. The boxed juices my mom got had the heighten vitamins, to ensure they had enough iron in it that my body could focus on absorbing the necessary sugar before I would pass out.

All for clean but how does one know the fruit and veg are ACTUALLY organic in our supermarkets? Curious as ive never really seen an explanation from the supermarket as to what makes their veggies 100% specifically “organic”

You can get coconut water in “juice boxes” so my kids take them in their lunch boxes. You can also get choc coconut water ones!!
