Ologolo has always been a floody area, people even joke about ologolo sounding like someone drowning. Its not coastal road its the rain in general, Lagos has not seen this kind of flooding in a long time its also flooding extremely in togo, Ghana , benin republic. Basically west African countries on the coast.
