When I’m brushing my molars and press down moderately hard, it sort of hurts. Sometimes the pain goes away for a few weeks or months but it comes back randomly.

What’s frustrating is that you can go to five different dentists and they will all have different diagnoses and treatment plans. I’ve never understood that. One says cavity, the other says you don’t have a cavity. One says root canal, the other says filling.

okay so wait. i’ve always had tooth sensitivity when biting down on cold things or even anything, and i just had a dentist appointment the day before yesterday and i got 2 cavity fillings but thankfully both of them were in the REALLYY early stages and i didnt even need to get a numbing shot
