@roubasfoodjourney: Okay so this was my attempt at the smashed cheesecake trend, but kataifi style. 😅 Spoiler — it did not work out the way I wanted it to. It got stuck, i should’ve used baking paper, but I didn’t use it because honestly… this whole thing was a bit of a fazlakeh from the start. For anyone who doesn’t know, fazlakeh basically means a whole lot of unnecessary effort for nothing. 😂 I still got to smash it though, which is all I really wanted to do anyway 😅 And to the “Karen” who watched my absolutely delicious kataifi dessert reel and the only thing she could comment was how I should be pronouncing kataifi — I hope I said it right today.
